Q by Quaker State Becomes Official Oil of the World of Outlaws
CONCORD, N.C.--The World of Outlaws and Q announce a multi-year partnership for Q motor oils to power the World of Outlaws series.
“This is a very exciting time for Q to be part of the World of Outlaws, especially with the new ESPN and SPEED TV partnerships,” says David Lerch, Motorsports Manager for Quaker State. “All the best sprint car drivers, including Steve Kinser driving the #11 Q / Maxim Chassis, will be racing with Q powering their sprint cars. Q wants to interact with these very passionate fans in broadcasts and at the events to demonstrate the power of Q products and to further be involved in the sport.”
As part of this new partnership, Quaker State enters a year-long media affiliation on WorldofOutlaws.com, DIRTVision.com, plus all World of Outlaws ESPN and SPEED TV broadcasts. Each of the broadcasts will be sponsored by Q — a Quaker State family of specialty motor oils. The World of Outlaws race season kicks off Feb. 9 at the 36th Annual Florida DIRTcar Nationals Presented By Mopar Speedshop at Volusia Speedway Park.
“Q by Quaker State joins Coca-Cola and Advance Auto Parts as another leading Fortune 500 brand we welcome to the DIRT MotorSports family,” said Rob Butcher, Chief Marketing Officer of DIRT MotorSports. “Q will be fully integrated into the World of Outlaws marketing and promotional efforts.”
