NEW ALBANY, Ohio, Feb. 6, 2007 -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. today announced it will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the company's fourth quarter 2006 earnings on Thursday, February 8, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The company will issue an earnings announcement prior to the conference call.

Mervin Dunn, president and chief executive officer, and Chad Utrup, chief financial officer, will recap the fourth quarter 2006 earnings and full year 2006.
