China Southern Airlines Begins Service to Kathmandu

GUANGZHOU, China – February 5, 2007 - China Southern Airlines, - www.cs-air.com/en - with the largest and most technically advanced aircraft fleet in The People's Republic of China, is pleased to announce that today it has started twice weekly, direct service between Kathmandu, Nepal and Guangzhou.

China Southern Airlines will be operating this service every Monday and Friday from the new Guangzhou International Airport and Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).  The service will be offered with a Boeing 757-200 aircraft with the following schedule:
