DealerTrack Schedules Release of Fourth Quarter and 2006 Annual Results and Conference Call

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Feb. 5, 2007 -- DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. , today announced that it will release its fourth quarter 2006 financial results after the market close on February 28, 2007. Senior management, including Mark F. O'Neil, chairman and chief executive officer, and Robert J. Cox, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will host a conference call that evening at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
