DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--JMsolutions, in collaboration with Black Book®, is pleased to announce the next generation of its portable, used-vehicle appraisal application – Mobile AAX™. Mobile AAX is an extension of JMsolutions’ AAX™ used inventory management system that provides automotive professionals the ability to intelligently appraise and manage their used-vehicle inventory based on the dealership’s sales history and market trends. With Mobile AAX, dealers will make better auction planning decisions and instantly maximize profits by having AAX’s intelligence in the palm of their hands.
Mobile AAX operates on any Pocket PC running Windows Mobile for Pocket PC, Windows CE 3.0 or higher and provides dealers the ability to:
- Download run-lists from major auction houses and compare results to their stores’ buying needs
- Instantly scan VIN bar codes
- Add vehicle details at time of purchase for upload to AAX
- Immediately enter and review vehicle data and access Black Book values
Mobile AAX will be unveiled at this year’s National Automobile Dealers Association Conference and Expo in Las Vegas (Booth #3045) along with the company’s RetailSuite™ of Web-based, integrated technology products and services. Committed to delivering innovative, full-circle solutions and unparalleled support through all phases of the sales process, JMsolutions serves over 1,200 dealers nationwide.
“We’re providing used car managers a means to efficiently and knowledgably appraise vehicles on the lot while supplying them actionable information while at auction,” said JMsolutions President Scott Barrett. “Taking the guess work out of the equation when appraising, buying and selling will result in increased sales for dealerships and the ability to intelligently select and price vehicles at auction.”
The collaboration with Black Book provides Mobile AAX customers with instant access to the industry’s most timely and accurate source of vehicle pricing data. The Black Book family of vehicle appraisal guides is published by National Auto Research, a division of Hearst Business Media.
Black Book Senior Vice President and General Manager Tom Cross commented, “Integrating Black Book values into JMsolutions’ Mobile AAX product gives dealers unprecedented access to vehicle information. Anytime we can help dealers improve efficiency, enable smart decisions, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience, we want to be involved.”
