ADS Logistics Awarded Contract for Supply ChainTechnology Services at SeverCorr'sNext Generation Steel Plant
HOMEWOOD, Ill.--ADS Logistics, LLC (ADS), the national provider of integrated supply chain services to the metals industry, announced today it has entered into agreement with SeverCorr to provide integrated logistics services to SeverCorr’s new next generation steel plant in the Columbus, Mississippi area.
SeverCorr has selected ADS to provide LoMaS® functionality to control their outbound supply chain. LoMaS®' Transportation Management System and EDI functionality will be the systems tool which SeverCorr logisticians use to manage the ordering of equipment, load building, dock scheduling, bill of lading creation, and carrier management (rail and truck).
