LIVONIA, Mich., Jan. 25, 2007 -- TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. announced today that it plans to release its fourth quarter and full year 2006 financial results at 7:00 a.m. (EST) on Thursday, February 22, 2007 followed by a conference call at 9:00 a.m. During the call, John C. Plant, president and chief executive officer, and Joseph S. Cantie, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will discuss the Company's financial results and other related matters.
