DECATUR, Ga., Jan. 23, 2007 -- Allied Holdings, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has set Thursday, May 17, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., Atlanta, GA time, as the date and time for the Company's annual meeting of shareholders to be held at the Corporate Offices of the Company, 160 Clairemont Avenue, 3rd Floor Conference Room, in Decatur, GA. The directors also have set April 6, 2007 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting.
