MINNESOTA DOUBLES DOWN IN ASA MEMBER TRACK PROGRAM

WITH RENEWAL OF I-94 RACEWAY AND FERGUS FALLS RACEWAY;

DEVISES UNIQUE ENTRY LEVEL CLASS FORMAT

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (January 23, 2007) - The ASA has had a long history of
racing in the state of Minnesota, and Sauk Centre's I-94 Raceway was one of
the first to join the ASA Member Track Program when it was announced. Now,
news comes that this racetrack, and their sister facility Fergus Falls
(Minn.) Raceway, have both renewed their ASA Member Track participation for
the 2007 season.

I-94 Raceway is coming off an interesting season which saw a reversal of
what many might expect from a short track. The 0.375-mile oval has had more
vehicles entered into the featured divisions than the entry-level classes.

"We have had some awesome car counts in the upper classes, but for some
reason been struggling a bit bringing in the beginners," said Tim Olson, who
is co-owner of the facility with his brother Ted. "We need to improve the
car counts in the entry level divisions and, I think, have come up with an
interesting concept to help bring about more interest and a whole lot more
fun for both the competitors and the fans."

Starting in 2007, three divisions - the "Just 4 Fun," "4 Tracker," and "Pro
4 Trucks" - will all run together in a Grand Prix style event. These classes
are based on UCAR (which stands for "U Can Afford Racing") rules.

"This should be a whole lot of fun as there will now be three races in one,"
Olson explained. "Even though all the cars will be on the track at the same
time, we will have three separate 'winners' - one for each division." The
competitors will get points scored only from how they finish in their own
class, not overall in the race.

The new event will incorporate three different sets of rules with all three
types of cars or trucks competing in the "race within the race," Grand Prix
style. The "Just 4 Funs" will have the simplest set of rules allowing cars
to be built just like they were in the early years of the class. No prize
money will be awarded, but trophies will be presented to the winners. The "4
Trackers" will run with rules that closely resemble those that the UCAR
division has been running the last few years. Most of the cars that raced in
2006 will fit into under these rules. The "Pro-4 Truck" rules will apply to
the trucks and Mustangs that will be running in the UCAR class. Full class
rules can be found online at the track's web site
http://www.tntraceways.com/i94raceway/index.php.

"What Tim and Ted (Olson) are implementing with the Grand Prix style events
for the entry level divisions is certainly unique to oval track racing and I
think it will be a blast for the drivers as they will now have to battle
three times as many cars on the same size track. The action will be non-stop
all around the racetrack for the fans, which will easily make this one of
the most-anticipated races of the night. And I have a feeling that many of
the other short track promoters around the country will be keeping an eye on
this concept and thinking about how they might be able to implement it at
their own track in 2008," said Dennis Huth, president of the ASA Member
Track program.

"It is unique ideas like this, and track owners like Tim and Ted who are
fearless in trying new ideas that make the ASA Member Track program such a
fun thing to be part of. I am very pleased to have them remain part of the
ASA Member Track family," Huth added.

Other classes in the I-94 Raceway regular Saturday night program include ASA
Late Models, Modifieds, Thunder Cars and legends. Opening day is Saturday,
May 5 and the complete 2007 schedule can be found online at
http://www.tntraceways.com/i94raceway/schedule.php. Special events during
the season include a July 7 visit by the new ASA Midwest Tour.

As a Level I participant in the ASA Member Track program, I-94 Raceway is
entitled to marketing assistance, enhanced participant accident insurance,
and contributions to their year-end point fund. Fergus Falls Raceway remains
a Level II member. Information about Fergus Falls Raceway is available by
browsing to http://www.fergusfallsraceway.com/fergusfallsraceway/index.php.

The ASA insurance program, always noted for its excellent, has been further
enhanced by the recently announced partnership with TOPIC Motorsports
Insurance (TMI). ASA Member Track operators are able to purchase general and
excess liability, automobile, an expanded ASA-exclusive $500,000 participant
accident medical, workers compensation and health insurance directly from
TMI. Details are available online at www.TOPICinsurance.com
<http://www.topicinsurance.com/> .

"We are excited to be the oldest ASA Member Track and want to continue this
association for a long time to come," Olson said. "We are looking forward to
working with all the other short tracks already in the ASA Member Track
program and those thinking about joining the family."
