Leading Tire Service Network TCI Tire Centers Selects CyberShift's Workforce Management Solutions

- Subsidiary of Michelin North America Automates Time Management to Support Complex Workforce -

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Jan. 23 -- CyberShift, a leading provider of global workforce management and expense management software and services, today announced that TCI Tire Centers, LLC has selected the company's Workforce Management 3G(TM) suite of products as its new workforce management system. TCI Tire Centers is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Michelin Tires North America, Inc. and one of the country's leading tire service networks specializing in commercial truck tire sales and service solutions, the manufacture of custom-mold and pre-mold truck retreads with the quality and process standards established by Michelin Retread Technologies(R) and the distribution of passenger and light truck tires to independent tire retailers.

With more than 128 locations in 39 states and 2,500 employees, Duncan, S.C.-based TCI Tire Centers needed to reduce payroll preparation time by implementing an automated system to efficiently deploy, accurately schedule and compensate their diverse workforce. CyberShift's Web-based Workforce Management 3G suite of products will provide TCI Tire Centers with a cost- effective, comprehensive solution that dramatically reduces up-front costs, scales easily with business requirements and accelerates time-to-benefit.
