ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., Jan. 22, 2007 -- Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD Ovonics) today announced that it will release its second quarter 2007 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, February 8, 2007.

In conjunction with the release of its second quarter 2007 results, management will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET on February 8 to review the financial results.
