Modine Promotes Margaret Kelsey To Vice President
RACINE, Wis.--Modine Manufacturing Company , a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, today announced today it has promoted Margaret “Peggy” Kelsey to the position of Vice President – Corporate Treasurer, Business Development, and Assistant Secretary. Peggy continues to report to Bradley C. Richardson, Modine’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
In her new role, with recently added responsibility for business development and strategic planning, Kelsey will continue her responsibilities for setting the worldwide policy for cash management, debt management and risk management, as well as retaining her current responsibility as Assistant Secretary of the company. "Peggy has proven herself to be a very talented and insightful leader, in addition to bringing depth and breadth of knowledge, skills, enthusiasm and experience to Modine. We value her skills and contributions to the company and look forward to her continued leadership," said Richardson.
Kelsey joined Modine in April 2001 as Senior Counsel and was promoted to an officer the next year. Prior to Modine, she was a partner in the Milwaukee office of the law firm of Quarles & Brady, LLP. Kelsey received her undergraduate degree from Mount Mary College and her law degree from Georgetown University, graduating magna cum laude. She was promoted to Corporate Treasurer effective January 1, 2006 and recently completed her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Peggy lives in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin with her husband and three children.
