FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

CUDL AND MANHEIM ANNOUNCE SECOND ANNUAL NATIONAL AUTO REMARKETING
CONFERENCE FOR CREDIT UNIONS

Event offers credit unions key insight and expertise to building
successful auto remarketing programs

Atlanta, GA, January 16, 2007 - CUDL (CU Direct Corporation), which
administers the Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) program, the nation's
largest point-of-sale and indirect lending network for credit unions,
and Manheim, the world's leading provider of automotive remarketing
services, will partner to present the second annual Auto Remarketing
Conference for Credit Unions, it was announced today.

The conference, which will take place March 7-9 at Manheim's DRIVE
Center in Atlanta, is ideal for finance and collections staff, offering
a broad but detailed look at the remarketing industry and providing
insight to how credit unions could best leverage their remarketing
programs.

The conference offers presentations by remarketing industry experts and
intensive, hands-on sessions, where credit union attendees have the
opportunity to experience an environment that mirrors real-world
remarketing. Last year's inaugural conference was well-received by
attendees and organizers alike, as credit union representatives from
more than 35 credit unions participated in the three-day event.

"This conference is the only one of its kind in our industry and
provides great value to all credit unions," said Jerry Neemann,
executive vice president of CUDL. "The event brings together the
industry's key players, headlined by Manheim, to provide insights on the
auction business that will make the remarketing process simpler and more
effective for credit unions."

The conference's agenda features a wide range of educational
opportunities aimed at helping credit unions maximize vehicle value.
Session topics include:
* "Value of the Auction: An informative, insider's look at how to
utilize the auction process to maximize vehicle returns."
* "The Book on Vehicle Values: Key insight to how vehicle values are
derived."
* "Vehicle Reconditioning: How the presentation of a vehicle to the
wholesale market can directly affect the valuation and returns."
* "EasyStep Remarketing: Benefits from utilizing a one-stop solution
with a managed remarketing program."

Beyond participating in the wide variety of presentations and sessions
being offered, credit union representatives will also have the
opportunity to tour Manheim's Atlanta Auto Auction and experience a live
auction sale, where thousands of vehicles are bought and sold as they
roll through auction lanes.

"Our credit union clients are placing more emphasis on strategic
remarketing than ever before, and the goal of this second annual
conference is to provide credit unions with a better understanding of
the inside workings of the industry, helping them make intelligent
remarketing decisions that can make a real difference in their
programs," said Jon Schrock, Manheim's director of national accounts.
"Manheim values its ongoing alliance with CUDL, and working together has
helped us extend beyond a vendor
relationship to a stronger, more valuable business relationship with
credit unions."

Featured speakers at this year's event include a number of
well-recognized industry experts: Mike McKinney, vice president of
customer relations and strategies for Manheim; Mark Coleman, co-founder
and president of TitleAuctions; Lynn Morgan, vice president of Manheim
Consulting; and Freddy Hall, director of business development, Black
Book.

"We're very excited about building on the overall success of last year's
conference - the very positive response we've received from credit
unions confirms the growing role that remarketing plays in our industry
and the importance of an event of this nature," said Evan Etheridge,
national sales director of CUDL. "By partnering with Manheim in
presenting the National Auto Remarketing Conference, we're able to offer
a program that caters specifically to credit unions; one that helps
enhance and refine their
remarketing knowledge, which in turn will assist them in increasing
their vehicle values, and ultimately adding to their bottom lines."

The conference's venue, the Manheim DRIVE ("Development, Research,
Innovation, Vision, Excellence") Center, is a 145,000-square-foot
research and development facility that serves as a test and concept
center for new technologies and processes, and as a forum to inspire
collaboration and out-of-the box
thinking in the automotive industry.

Through its partnership with CUDL, Manheim is the preferred provider for
managing the back end of participating credit unions' portfolios. CUDL
also provides its clients access to Manheim's educational and training
tools about the remarketing industry and offers the leverage to
consolidate vehicles at auction so sellers get more attractive run
times. Credit union sellers can take advantage of dedicated credit union
lanes at Manheim's 86 U.S. operating locations and a host of other
services, including centralized
nationwide repossession and remarketing management.
