BBK Announces Eight Employee Promotions

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 16, 2007 -- BBK, an international business advisory firm providing financial, strategic and operational services to its clients worldwide, announced eight promotions, reflecting their efforts and dedication to the success of BBK's clients.

Guy Morgan has been promoted from Senior Director to Managing Director; Mark Schumacher from Director to Senior Director; Alin Stewart from Manager, A/R Group to Director, Client Support Services; Dan Ravid from Manager to Director; Mac Rowland from Manager to Director; Jim Zumstein from Manager to Director; Doug Murray from Associate to Manager; and Lonnie Williams from Associate to Manager.

Morgan's professional experience and proven ability to return underperforming plants to profitability and renew customer confidence in quality and delivery enables him to take on the role of a Managing Director. His responsibilities will include leading the development of strategies and action plans, identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, and acting as a primary contact for current clients, all while ensuring the profitability and stability of the companies served.

As Senior Director, Schumacher will be responsible for managing client relationships and engagement teams, negotiating engagements, and developing new business. He has more than 25 years of professional experience and has negotiated dozens of successful acquisitions, led due diligence teams, crafted successful integration plans, and arranged numerous highly leveraged credit facilities.

Stewart has been promoted as Director, Client Support Services, in recognition of her management within the A/R Group. She helps BBK clients improve their credit, collections and payables management and her expertise and experience in research, data management, decision making and problem solving supports overall project success.

As Directors, Ravid, Rowland and Zumstein will be responsible for leading the development of action plans, managing client relationships, assessing the financial, sales, operations, and legal aspects of a client, and facilitating effective communication with clients.

Ravid has over 17 years of experience in financial consulting and business management. Through the use of sophisticated quantitative analysis, financial modeling techniques and financial due diligence, he is able to formulate creative solutions to business challenges in dynamic environments.

Rowland has extensive professional experience with demonstrated ability to restructure manufacturing organizations for increased profitability and growth in a global environment.

Zumstein is actively involved and successful in the analysis and assessment of financial, economic, sales, operational, and legal aspects of troubled clients, while developing, presenting and implementing solutions for those problems.

As Managers, Murray and Williams are responsible for developing, presenting and implementing solutions to problems, assisting in the development of an action plan, and communicating directly with clients.

Murray has the hands-on experience and detailed analytical skills necessary to provide BBK's clients with the information they need to make sound business decisions. He has expertise in financial reporting, detailed financial analysis, budgeting, rolling forecasts, product costing, information technology, and purchasing.

Williams has experience in the manufacturing and distribution sectors and a proven ability to help clients improve processes and reduce costs. He has taught "Accounting for Managers" and "Strategic Leadership" courses at Baker College in Auburn Hills, Mich.
