H. Hendy Associates Designs Crevier Classic Car Company
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--Leading commercial interior design firm H. Hendy Associates was selected by local business leader Don Crevier to design the new Crevier Classic Car Company club in Costa Mesa, Calif. Crevier, known throughout the community for leading the largest-volume BMW dealership in the nation, secured the design talent of H. Hendy Associates to build a modern Orange County storeroom with vintage clubhouse appeal for classic cars and their proprietors. Located near the John Wayne Airport, the 28,000-square-foot facility will include space to house approximately 100 classic and exotic cars and offer an exclusive club for the facility’s members.

Drawing inspiration from old Bogart movies and Packard clubs, H. Hendy incorporated luxurious appointments such as vintage artwork, a lounge area with banquette seating and pool table. The club’s polished marble floor, custom wool carpeting and matte chrome finishes all support the vision for a 1930s-stylized lounge married with hi-tech accoutrement necessary for superior security and storage, like 24-hour surveillance and online video access.

The building of the facility, located at 365 Clinton Avenue in Costa Mesa, Calif., is in development and slated to open its doors in early 2007. H. Hendy Associates has also been selected to work with Crevier on an automotive museum which is currently in planning stages.
