McNabb Appointed Vice President Sales for Mercedes-Benz USA
MONTVALE, N.J., Jan. 10, 2007 -- Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) announced today that Mark McNabb, most recently vice president of marketing for MBUSA, will become vice president of sales for the company, effective immediately. McNabb replaces Keith May who is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
Prior to joining MBUSA in February 2006, McNabb was senior vice president of general overseas markets, sales and marketing for Nissan Motor Limited in Tokyo. Prior to that, he worked for Nissan North America where he was vice president and general manager of the Nissan and Infiniti Divisions. McNabb has over 20 years of automotive experience in key marketing, sales and operations positions.
In his new position, McNabb will have overall responsibility for sales, volume planning and distribution operations for Mercedes-Benz in the United States. The company is coming off of a record sales year in the U.S. during 2006, its 13th year of sales growth.

Until such time as a replacement is named, McNabb will continue to oversee all marketing and product management activities for MBUSA.
