Rhino Off-Road RTV(R)'s Kicks Off 2007 Season at Put Up or Shut Up Shootout

TORRANCE, Calif.--Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (OTCBB: RHOI), a development company that consolidates and operates outdoor activity based businesses and its wholly owned subsidiary Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc., the manufacturer of the Rhino Off Road RTV®, kicked of the 2007 Rock Crawling season at the 6th annual Put Up or Shut Up Shootout held this past weekend in Congress, Arizona. The annual season opening event for W.E. Rock/USA features top competitors from all classes competing head-to-head in the weekend event in the rocky terrain outside of Prescott, Arizona. For information and photos from the event, visit www.Pirate4x4.com.

Michael Hulinsky, factory driver for Rhino Off-Road Industries, placed 13th in the unique event that pits machines from all classes against each other. Driving #681, a Rhino RTV-2FS, Hulinsky turned in an amazing performance against open and modified class vehicles and teams with significant equipment advantages. Michael really put his driving skills and courage on display at this season opening event, stated Pat Stimpson, consultant to ROI. When you consider the level of competition both in terms of driver experience and equipment technology - this a great win for the Rhino Off-road RTV team.

The RTV is an innovative new class of off-road vehicle that can be easily adapted to meet the extremes of rock crawling and at the same time, provide a safe off-road experience for outdoor enthusiasts. Every vehicle that finished ahead of us in this event is a custom, one-of machine costing well over $100K, stated Howard Pearl, President of ROI. The Rhino Offroad RTV is priced in the low $30s yet it still competes head to head in this technical, competitive sport. For the money, nothing beats it! Im extremely proud of Michael, his spotter Kent and their technical support team headed by Jeremy.

The RTV was designed for the active, outdoor oriented family that wants to experience off-road adventure in the mountains, deserts and wilderness. The fact that it can successfully stand-up to the extreme test of professional rock crawling is a testament to the ingenuity our design team and the integrity of the engineering. The Rhino Offroad RTV is manufactured in Henderson, NV. For more information visit www.RhinoBrands.com.
