Rockford Fosgate to Host 2007 'Family Reunion' for Dealers

RF Will Not Have a Booth at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show

TEMPE, Ariz., Jan. 8 -- In the never ending quest to deliver innovative solutions to dealers, Rockford Fosgate, designer and manufacturer of high performance car audio will be hosting a family reunion for its dealers in lieu of a booth at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show.

"Rockford Fosgate's goal at CES is to interact directly with the dealer base, showcase new product, communicate dealer programs and train on new technologies. We feel a more effective use of the same resources is to host a reunion of our dealers and reps to achieve our mutual goal in a family reunion style environment," stated Michael Chass, Rockford Fosgate's Vice President of Sales.

The Rockford Fosgate Family Reunion is scheduled for November 2007 and will be hosted in Tempe, Arizona. Included in the plan is a January '08 CES dealer party to take place in Las Vegas.

"It's no secret that times have changed and our dealers' cost to participate in CES continues to rise. Rockford Fosgate needed a new mechanism to help its dealers. We will bring our dealers to Arizona, on us, for a 3-day event dedicated to them. The Family Reunion will improve the dealers' ability to receive information, increase 1-on-1 time with the factory and reps, witness our unique engineering and design assets first hand and build a stronger relationship with Rockford Fosgate ... We must invest with our dealers now for a mutually successful future," stated Mr. Chass.
