What: Press Conference at the North American International Auto Show for the world debut of the 2008 Porsche Cayenne line up, the more powerful second generation of Porsche's sport utility vehicle. Where: Michigan Hall -- inside COBO Conference/Exhibition Center One Washington Blvd. Detroit, MI 48226 Presenters: Dr. Wendelin Wiedeking, President and Chairman of the Board of Management -- Porsche AG Wolfgang Duerheimer -- Board of Management, Research and Development -- Porsche AG Klaus Berning -- Board of Management, Sales and Marketing -- Porsche AG Significance: The three Porsche board members listed above will unveil the second generation of Porsche Cayennes, which have been company's top-selling vehicles since their introduction in 2003. Direct-boost fuel injection -- which increases power and fuel economy at the same time, optional active anti-roll bars almost eliminating body roll in turns (Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control), roll-over sensors triggering belt latch tensioners and curtain airbags, and Trailer Stability control are a few of the new features on the 2008 Porsche Cayenne models. Prices will also be announced. A brief question and answer session with the three presenters will conclude the press conference.
