SPEED TV To Air Chinese A1GP Round (z04)

Happy Holidays From A1 Team Canada

TV REMINDER - SPEED TO AIR CHINESE A1GP ROUND

Montreal, Canada - Tuesday 19 December, 2006 - SPEED Channel will
broadcast Round 3 of the 2006-07 A1GP World Cup of Motorsport, from
Beijing, China on Wednesday 20th December at 4pm EST as its North
American coverage of the winter-based, nation versus nation
open-wheel racing series continues.

Beijing's Jingkai street circuit broke new ground for A1GP and China
in November as it marked the first time an international motorsport
event had been held in the Chinese capital - the city set to host the
Olympic Games in 2008.

James Hinchcliffe endured a fast but frustrating third outing for A1
Team Canada in Beijing as the 19-year-old rookie from Toronto added
to the team's points tally with fourth and tenth place finishes in
the Sprint and Feature races with the fastest race lap, and bonus
point, also going to the Canadian charger.

As he had done at the previous round in the Czech Republic,
Hinchcliffe again found himself enjoying a spell at the head of the
pack in the 63-lap Feature race in China, the 2006 Champ Car Atlantic
Championship race winner continuing to impress in his third straight
start for the Canadian team.
