MINNEAPOLIS--FastenTech, Inc. has scheduled the release of its fiscal 2006 fourth quarter results for Thursday, December 21, 2006 after the market close and will hold its conference call to discuss results on Friday, December 22, 2006. Details are provided below.

Quarterly Telephonic Conference Call and Webcast

The conference call will be held on Friday, December 22, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. E.T. To access the call, please dial (800) 289-0544 and provide the operator with confirmation code 2311542.
