For the Person Who Has Everything … A Chance to Win Two MINI Coopers and New Home in Irvine

--Irvine Public Schools Foundation:

WHAT: As holiday shoppers look for the perfect gift for the person
who has it all or that hard-to-buy-for someone on their
list, tickets for Irvine Public Schools Foundation's (IPSF)
house raffle might be a winning gift. IPSF launched its
annual house raffle two months early so holiday shoppers can
take advantage of the opportunity to buy raffle tickets as
holiday gifts. Both the winner of the 2006 house raffle's
grand prize and the winner of last year's $10,000 early bird
prize received their winning tickets as gifts. This year's
          raffle includes opportunities to win:
-- Two 2006 MINI Coopers from Irvine BMW / MINI
-- A new $600,000 John Laing Homes townhome in the Village
               of Woodbury in Irvine
-- Ten cash prizes, from $25,000 to $2,500
-- A variety of non-cash prizes, such as jewelry, vacation
               packages and gift certificates

SEE: Go live from a model of the grand prize, a new three-bedroom
          townhome by John Laing Homes.

WHEN: Ticket purchases by December 15, 2006 qualify the
ticket-holder for all three featured drawings in the fourth
          annual IPSF House Raffle, including:
-- Two early bird drawings for a MINI Cooper on January 15
               and March 9, 2007
-- Grand prize drawing for a new John Laing Homes townhome
               on June 2, 2007

WHY: In partnership with John Laing Homes, Irvine BMW / MINI, and
Irvine Community Development Company, IPSF launched its
fourth annual house raffle on November 8 to raise funds for
the Irvine Unified School District. Founded in 2004, IPSF's
house raffle program has sold more than 33,000 tickets and
raised more than $6.6 million for Irvine public schools.

TICKETS: Tickets for the raffle are on sale at $200 each and are
available by visiting the IPSF Web site at www.ipsf.net or
by calling the House Raffle Hotline at 949-73HOUSE
          (949-734-6873), Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
