Rockwell Automation Board of Directors Approves Additional Stock Repurchase
MILWAUKEE--Rockwell Automation, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors authorized the company to repurchase up to 3 million additional shares of Rockwell Automation common stock between Dec. 29, 2006 and Dec. 31, 2007. This is in addition to the authorization on Sept. 6, 2006 to repurchase 9 million shares of common stock between Sept. 6, 2006 and Sept. 30, 2007.
