Polaris Industries Inc. to Voluntarily Delist From NYSE Arca
MINNEAPOLIS--Polaris Industries Inc. today announced plans to voluntarily withdraw its common stock from listing on NYSE Arca, Inc., formerly known as the Pacific Exchange, Inc. Polaris’ common stock will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
Polaris’ decision to voluntarily withdraw listing from NYSE Arca, Inc. was made to eliminate duplicative administrative requirements inherent with dual listings as a result of the NYSE Group’s recent merger with Archipelago Holdings, the parent company of NYSE Arca. NYSE Arca will continue trading Polaris common stock on an unlisted trading privilege basis.
