         JVC Mobile Company of America has teamed up with Bongiovi Acoustics
         to bring the first application of this technology to the
         marketplace, where it makes its debut inside a car audio system
         manufactured by JVC Mobile. The Bongiovi Acoustics KD-S100 car
         audio system can now be purchased and financed by consumers through
         a network of car dealerships in the U.S.
