BBK's Corporate Advisory Group Expands, Welcomes Managing Director and Two Managers

NEW YORK, Nov. 29, 2006 -- BBK, an international business advisory firm providing financial, strategic and operational services to its clients worldwide, has announced that it has strengthened its Corporate Advisory Group with the addition of Tim Hassenger as Managing Director, and Mark Goodenow and Stuart Kaufman as Managers.

BBK's Corporate Advisory Group offers comprehensive financial services across all industries in corporate restructurings and turnaround management, merger and acquisition activities, asset dispositions, leveraged buyouts, capital market transactions as well as profit enhancement strategies. Combined with BBK's deep knowledge in strategy and operations, the Corporate Advisory Group extends BBK's value outside of the auto industry to enhance the growth, profits and stability of its clients.

Mr. Hassenger, joining BBK in its New York office, is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate restructuring. His knowledge and experience will allow him to assist in developing the firm's crisis management, corporate finance and restructuring advisory platforms, through new business initiation and deal execution.

Most recently, Mr. Hassenger was a Partner at Nightingale & Associates, LLC, in Stamford, CT and Los Angeles. His responsibilities included business development, serving as group lead for company and employee training initiatives, as well as running engagements on a day-to-day basis. Previously, Mr. Hassenger was a managing director at Nightingale & Associates, as well as VP of Finance and Administration at Coastal Physician Group, Inc., and Vice President/Engagement Manager at Buccino & Associates, Inc.

Mr. Hassenger received his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and his bachelor's degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD.

Mr. Goodenow and Mr. Kaufman join BBK as Managers in BBK's New York and Chicago offices, respectively. They will contribute to developing new business and will be responsible for deal execution.

Mr. Goodenow has more than eight years of experience in the financial consulting field. Most recently he was an associate director for Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC in New York, where his responsibilities included but were not limited to: leading a team on the financial and operational turnaround of a $1.2 billion national air carrier and performing buy and sell side due diligence as well as investment banking for middle market companies.

Mr. Goodenow obtained his Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in finance from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Mich. He also holds a CPA and CIRA designation.

Mr. Kaufman joins BBK with more than 12 years of experience as a financial professional. He most recently was an associate director of corporate finance at Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC, in Chicago, where his responsibilities included but were not limited to: managing financial restructuring and merger & acquisition engagements, and developing and drafting initial assessments for restructuring engagements.

Mr. Kaufman holds a Master of Business Administration from York University in Toronto, Ontario, and a bachelor's degree in political science from The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
