SAN DIEGO--OwnerGUARD Corporation announced that it has entered into a Managing General Agent (MGA) Agreement with Wesco Insurance Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services. Under the terms of the MGA Agreement, Wesco Insurance Company will provide underwriting for OwnerGUARD's Financial GAP Programs. OwnerGUARD, a leader and innovator in Financial GAP and other automotive after-market programs, will market and administer its Financial GAP Programs nationwide.
