THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Nov. 20, 2006 -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, announced today that it has finalized the acquisition of E&E Parts & Equipment of Springdale, AR.
