Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. Announces Record Third Quarter Results

SAN BRUNO, Calif., and SHANGHAI, China, Nov. 14, 2006 -- Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. ("Worldwide") (BULLETIN BOARD: WWMU) (www.wwmusa.com), an engineering firm, contract manufacturer and direct manufacturer of die-cast, machining, electronics products and air-condition units for automobiles, today announced third quarter results for September 30, 2006. Revenues increased approximately 18% as compared to the same period last year. Revenues were $2,824,883 compared to $2,384,680 for the same period last year, or an increase of $440,203. Net income before income tax saw a profit of $389,165 compared to $351,285 for the same period last year. The increase of $37,880 or approximately 11% was the result of increase in business. For the nine months ending September 30, 2006, revenues were $8,062,219, an increase of $2,073,507 or approximately 35%, compared to net sales of $5,988,712 for the same period in 2005. Net income before taxes for the nine month period was $545,063, an increase of approximately 8% or $41,984 was the result of higher sales over last year's same quarter results of $503,079. The increase in revenues was attributed to the establishment of two new factories in Shanghai, China: Shanghai Intech Electronics Manufacturing Company and Shanghai Intech Precision Mechanical Products Manufacturing Company, as well as internal growth.
