Why:   To discuss the proposed agreement between the union and Harley
       Davidson that would provide expansion of production in the
       company's Milwaukee facilities, providing job security for
       current employees and creating additional employment
       opportunities for area residents.  The agreement will be voted
       on by union members on Tuesday, Nov. 14.


Note: Local 2-209 represents some 1,600 production and maintenance
workers at Harley Davidson facilities in the Milwaukee area.
