TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE FOR THE AUGUST 4th, 2007 INAUGURAL MONTREAL NASCAR BUSCH RACE

Montreal, November 13th, 2006 - It's now a reality! Since 9 a.m. Monday morning, tickets to attend the inaugural Montreal NASCAR BUSCH Series race are on sale. More than 40 mighty cars, packing 750 hp each, will invade the renown Gilles Villeneuve Circuit, on August 3rd and 4th, 2007. As of today, fans can purchase tickets in a select number of stands, located in the most exciting portions of the circuit, all bearing the names of legendary NASCAR heroes.

"Our intention is to make NASCAR's return to Canada, after a 50 years hiatus, a resounding success," announced Martin Spalding, General Manager of Stock-Car Montréal and promoter of the event. "We will pull out all the stops to make this event attractive to the numerous NASCAR fans from Quebec, Ontario and South of the border. Actually, everyone is invited. We are convinced that the presence of more than 40 BUSCH Series cars - as well as an impressive crop of GRAND-AM ROLEX series cars - on one of the world's most demanding road courses, should result in a show that NASCAR fans will greatly appreciate. Take a minute to imagine these cars rushing in to the Senna Corner - needless to say that the display will certainly be impressive and spectacular!".
