Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Declares 139th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio, Nov. 9, 2006 -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Company today announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable Dec. 29, 2006, to stockholders of record at the close of business Dec. 1, 2006. This will mark the 139th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
