GM Announces Quarterly Dividend

DETROIT November 7, 2006; General Motors Corp.today announced a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share on GM common stock. The dividend is payable Dec. 9, 2006, to holders of record as of Nov. 17, 2006. The dividend is unchanged from the previous quarter.
