NETAPS Announces Its Name Change to OPTESSA

EDMONTON, Alberta, Nov. 6, 2006 -- Netaps Inc. announced today a change in the company's name to Optessa Inc. Simultaneously the name of the company's US subsidiary based in New Jersey will be changed to Optessa USA Inc.

Optessa is a successful and growing software company, offering planning, sequencing and scheduling solutions to industries like automotive, auto suppliers, semiconductor and power equipment.
