Rhino RTV®’s Steal the Show at Celebrity Challenge
TORRANCE, Calif.--Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (OTCBB: RHOI), a development company that consolidates and operates outdoor activity based businesses and it’s wholly owned subsidiary Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc., the manufacturer of the Rhino RTV®, sponsored the Celebrity Challenge to kick-off the 2006 World Extreme Rock Crawling Championships in Henderson, NV this past weekend, November 3-4. The event, which featured celebrities from the sports, media and racing industry put “rookie” drivers behind the wheel of Rhino RTVs and challenged them to navigate a course of man-made rock obstacles that were created for the World Championship competition.

Teams from around the world battled for the World Championship title in four classes at the inaugural event that was sponsored in-part by Rhino Off-Road Industries. Record crowds surrounding the man-made course outside of the Fiesta Casino were amazed at the crawling and climbing antics of the rock-crawling machines and their talented drivers and spotters. Hulinksy Wins Rhino Class World Championship
Michael Hulinsky, factory driver for Rhino Off-Road Industries, took on all challengers and conquered the man-made rock obstacles to win his first World Championship in rock crawling. The 24 year old Hulinsky, who lives in Gramby, Colorado, has been competing in rock crawling events for the past two years. “We are very proud of Michael,” stated Howard Pearl, President of Rhino Off-Road Industries. “He has a tremendous work ethic, amazing driving skills and competitive spirit. He has an integral understanding of the machine and knows how to get the maximum performance from it.” In competitive rock-crawling drivers are guided through a series of rock-obstacles by a spotter who directs their every move. Hulinsky’s spotter in the competition was Frank Johnson. “This is team sport,” stated Hulinsky, “Frank picks the line and acts as my eyes – without a great spotter, I’d be lost in the rocks.”
