Summit Racing Gets Naming Rights at Norwalk Raceway

Las Vegas, NV November 1, 2006 -- Norwalk Raceway Park announced it has
entered into a multi-year agreement with Summit Racing Equipment for the
naming rights to the race track. Starting in 2007 the track will now be
called Summit Racing Equipment Motorsports Park. The announcement was made
at the 2006 SEMA Show with representatives from Norwalk, Summit and NHRA
present.

"We are proud to align ourselves with Summit Racing Equipment and excited to
have its name on our race track," said Bill Bader Jr., president of Norwalk
Raceway Park. "As the premier motorsports facility in northern Ohio it is
fitting we align ourselves with the industry's largest direct marketer, also
based in northern Ohio."

The track started in 1963 as Norwalk Dragway. Purchased in 1973 by Bill
Bader Sr., it was later re-named Norwalk Raceway Park. The track hosts over
90 events each season with an annual attendance of over 325,000. Beginning
with the 2007 it will be sanctioned by the National Hot Rod Association.

"We are excited to enter into this track naming agreement with Bill Bader
Jr.," said Kirk Heinbuch, motorsports & events manager for Summit Racing
Equipment. "We look forward to continuing our already strong relationship
with the fans of Norwalk under its new name: Summit Racing Equipment
Motorsports Park."

Summit Racing Equipment is the industry's largest direct marketer of
performance automotive and truck equipment. Based in Tallmadge, Ohio, it
boasts a newly constructed retail store and distribution center in
McDonough, Georgia and an additional warehouse in Sparks, Nevada.

Norwalk Raceway Park is one of the nation's top motorsports facilities,
located near three of the nation's Top 50 markets: Cleveland, Detroit and
Columbus. More than 7.5 million households and 20 million people live within
a three hour drive. The second-generation family owned and operated track is
known for its family entertainment, excellent customer service and famous
dollar-a-pound ice cream. Norwalk Raceway is located two miles east of
Norwalk Ohio, just minutes south of Exit 118 (U.S. 250) off Interstate 80,
at the intersections of State Routes 18 and 601.
