SELINSGROVE, PA -- The final live webcast of the 2006 season is on tap this weekend as The Dirt Track Channel brings you flag-to-flag coverage of the 19th annual Octoberfest 350 from Hagerstown Speedway in Maryland.

This is the second consecutive year that The Dirt Track Channel has broadcast the event live. Last year, listeners from as far away as London, England and South Australia listened in Brett Hearn, Ronnie Dehaven, J.R. Heffner and Greg Hodnett captured features events on Sunday afternoon.

The broadcast link is http://www.golivesports.com/Broadcast/broadcast-TDTC.htm. It is free of charge and registration.

The broadcast time for Saturday will be posted on the Go Live sports page as rain is forecasted to have an impact on the starting time of the event. Sunday's broadcast time is at 11:45am.

The Octoberfest 350 order of events for Saturday are: Sprints, Big Block Modifieds, Late Models and Small Block Modifieds.

On Sunday, the feature event line up is: Small Block Modifieds, Late Models, Big Block Modifieds and Sprints

“We’ve had a very successful 2006 audio webcast season,” said Shawn Wood, President of The Dirt Track Channel. “Our broadcast coverage took us from Hagerstown to Central Pennsylvania to New York and to the Midwest, along with our same day coverage of racing from New Zealand. We are planning to increase our live audio webcast calendar for 2007.”

International webcast will return to The Dirt Track Channel later this year. The broadcast dates will be released shortly.

The Dirt Track Channel website is in its third year of online live audio coverage of racing in the US, Australia and New Zealand. The sites offer the most diversified webcast coverage of Northeast style modifieds, midgets, sprint cars, non-wing sprint cars and late models. The site also features video reports and video highlights from around the world.
