McMullen Company Signs C2P to Lease in Atrium Office Center
ANN ARBOR, Mich., Oct. 24, 2006 -- McMullen Company (http://www.mcmullencompany.com/ ), an Ann Arbor commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, has signed Concept 2 Production Services, Inc. (C2P) (http://www.c2pservices.com/ ), a provider of powertrain engineering services to the automotive industry, to a lease for office space in the Atrium Office Center, Building II, near State Street and I-94 on Ann Arbor's south side.
C2P, a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), was recently formed in a merger of ICS Technologies Worldwide, Inc. and MATT Global Sales. The company helps automotive manufacturers retool machinery for new powertrain lines, and places mechanical, controls, and service engineers at manufacturers' sites to assist in the powertrain integration process. C2P represents major powertrain-related product lines, including Fanuc Robotics, Durr Automation, Toyota Machining, and Schenk Rotec.
Brokers on the C2P deal were Tim Guest of the Ann Arbor office of Colliers International, the global commercial real estate consultants, and Ted McMullen of McMullen Company. "Tim and Ted teamed up to satisfy our needs completely," says Shoki Mullick, the chief executive officer of C2P. "The Atrium gives us an excellent location close to major highways, and McMullen handled all the office renovation and painting required in a very timely, professional way."
