Nine Flagship Carnival Shoppers Come Up Winners
DALLAS--Two lucky shoppers at the flagship Carnival Super Market took home a truck or a motorcycle after an awards ceremony on Sunday.
Belishia Benavidez of Dallas was the winner of a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle donated by Pepsi. Carrollton resident John Prichard won a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado pickup donated by Mission Foods.
Entry forms for the contest were available exclusively at the Carnival at 3434 W. Illinois Ave. starting Aug. 30 with the store’s Grand Opening and culminating in the Oct. 8 grand prize drawing. More than 45,000 completed forms were submitted during that timeframe.
Drawings for weekly prizes yielded these additional winners:
- Disney four-day, three-night vacation for four: Jose Perez, Dallas
- Plasma TV: Maria Soto, Dallas
- 20-inch TV: Wendy Guerrero, Dallas
- 20-inch TV: Lydia Martinez, Dallas
- $1,000.00 gas card: Mary Dean, Dallas
- Washer/Dryer: Guillerminia Sauceda, Dallas
- Concert tickets: Ruth Hicks, Dallas
All completed entry forms, including the weekly winners, were submitted for the grand prize drawing for the motorcycle and truck.
