Navistar Promotes Terry M. Endsley to Senior Vice President
WARRENVILLE, Ill.--Terry M. Endsley has been promoted to senior vice president and treasurer of both Navistar International Corporation and its principal operating subsidiary, International Truck and Engine Corporation, producer of International® brand trucks, buses and engines, it was announced today.
Endsley, 51, had served as vice president and treasurer since February 2003. He continues to report directly to Bill Caton, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
“Terry has clearly demonstrated outstanding leadership as corporate treasurer. He played a key role transitioning our capital structure and will oversee the design of a new capital structure for the future,” Caton said. "With this well earned promotion, his responsibilities have been expanded to include increased responsibility for company-wide financial strategies, including our foreign subsidiaries."
Endsley is a member of the board of directors of Navistar Financial Corporation and Mahindra International Limited.
Before being named treasurer in 2003, Endsley had been assistant treasurer of Navistar International Corporation since 1997. Before assuming the role of assistant treasurer, Endsley had been director, pension and investments. He joined the company in 1977.
