OXNARD, Calif., Oct. 20 -- Based upon registrations and reservations, celebrities and affluent automotive collectors are expected to overflow the Vintage Museum of Transportation and Wildlife Saturday when the vehicle collection of Otis Chandler goes on the block in an auction presented by Gooding & Company. The sale of the late publisher's collection of cars, trucks, motorcycles and automobilia should total more than $20 million by the time the final gavel falls.
