(BULLETIN BOARD: TITT) -- On October 12 and 13, 2006, PPT Holding, Ltd., a Texas Limited Liability Company and licensee of Titan's TRTM-150 tire recycling technology ("PPT") hosted a meeting in Monterrey, Mexico, with representatives of Lockwood Greene Engineering and Construction Co. of Atlanta, Georgia, Titan Technologies, Inc., PPT Holdings, Ltd., Dycusa Architectural Company of Monterrey, Mexico, Vipsa Engineering Company of Monterrey, Mexico and Vymsa Construction Co. of Monterrey, Mexico to initiate the process of constructing the first tire recycling plant to be built in Mexico using Titan Technology, Inc.'s TRTM-150 tire recycling technology. The meeting specifically was held to discuss the rules, roles, and responsibilities of each of the parties relating to the design and construction of the tire recycling facility PPT intends to construct on approximately 90 acres of land it owns in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.

PPT has paid Lockwood Greene a portion of its fees for the design and layout and permitting for PPT's proposed Nuevo Laredo plant. The plant's design will include a three line facility with a total capacity to handle 450 tons/day of shredded tires. PPT indicates that it has ordered a permanent and a mobile tire shredder and expects delivery within the next three weeks and intends to begin shredding tires during the period of construction of its tire recycling facility.

Lockwood Greene is the prime contractor for the core process that utilizes Titan's technology to convert shredded tires into carbon black, oil, steel and gas. Design and construction of the storage silos, building shell, rail spurs and connections and distribution of utilities are being handled by the three above-mentioned Mexican firms. Some deliverables such as fire protection, controls, permits and surveys will to be jointly coordinated.

Over the past two years, Titan Technologies, Inc. has received non-refundable deposits aggregating $500,000.00 from PPT and its predecessor, International Tire Recycling. Of the $500,000.00 total received to date, $300,000.00 is allocated to deposits for three TRTM-150 plants in Mexico and $200,000.00 is for the exclusive right to use Titan's TRTM-150 technology in Mexico. PPT will pay Titan an additional license fee of $900,000.00 for each of the three plants and pay a royalty to Titan equal to 1.5% of all revenue generated by PPT's tire recycling plants. In addition, Titan has paid $100,000.00 to PPT for a 5% ownership interest in PPT.
