Koepke Named President of Wolverine Advanced Materials

INKSTER, Mich., Oct. 17, 2006 -- Scott K. Koepke today was named president of Wolverine Advanced Materials, LLC, an EaglePicher company. David L. Treadwell, president and CEO of EaglePicher Corporation, made the announcement.

Wolverine is a global supplier of rubber-coated steel composites for vibration damping and sealing solutions for automotive and consumer electronics applications. It has facilities in Inkster, MI; Blacksburg, VA; Leesburg, FL; Ohringen, Germany; Tokyo, Japan; and Shanghai, China.

"Scott brings strong leadership to Wolverine as well as tremendous experience in operations management," said Treadwell.

Koepke, 57, has more than 20 years of national and international experience leading companies through start-ups, growth, turnaround and joint ventures. Most recently he served as executive vice president and COO of AY Manufacturing, a Japanese automotive supplier of sunroofs and painted components, where he was responsible for operations, sales and marketing.

Prior to joining AY, Koepke served as president of ASC Exterior Technologies and COO of ASC Incorporated. He also held executive positions at Owens Corning including, vice president of its Global Pipe Division based in Brussels, Belgium and president of Owens Corning Latin America in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Koepke received his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and his MBA from Washington University.
