Rent A Toll Strengthens Management Team With Addition of Travel Industry Executive

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 17, 2006 -- Rent A Toll LTD (RTL), the leading provider of innovative technology based solutions for electronic toll collection of rental cars, announced the addition of James K. Glasheen as Vice President, Sales and National Accounts.

Mr. Glasheen's background includes a successful track record of over 25 years in the travel industry with extensive experience in sales management, supplier relations, marketing, and corporate travel. Mr. Glasheen joined Rent A Toll from Travelport where he served as Director, Airline Supplier Services for its online travel brands, including Orbitz and CheapTickets.com. Previously, Mr. Glasheen held senior management positions with Resort Condominiums International Travel, US Airways, Iberia International Airline of Spain and Amtrak.
