DealerTrack Ranks High on Baseline Magazine's List of 50 Fastest-Growing Software Companies

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., Oct. 17, 2006 -- DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. , a leading provider of on-demand software, network and data solutions for the automotive retail industry in the United States, today announced that Baseline Magazine has ranked the Company eleventh on its 50 Fastest-Growing Software Companies List.

"This award is a testament to the growth of DealerTrack and to the power of the network we have built connecting automotive dealers with financing sources and other service providers," said Mark O'Neil, chairman and chief executive officer of DealerTrack. "We plan to continue growing by adding more network participants as well as complementary products and services."

Baseline Magazine, established in 2001 for senior IT and corporate management business leaders, created the 50 Fastest-Growing Software Companies list by compiling a list of 304 publicly held software companies from various sources. The companies were then ranked according to year-to-year revenue growth from 2004 to 2005. Only companies that generated more than $10 million in revenue in the calendar years 2004 and 2005 were considered.

DealerTrack, ranked eleventh, posted a 71.6% revenue increase in 2005. The complete list of the awards is available at www.baselinemag.com.
