TULSA, Okla., Oct. 12, 2006 -- Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. will announce third quarter 2006 financial results prior to market open on Thursday, October 26, 2006.

A conference call to review the Company's third quarter 2006 results will be held at 10:00 a.m. central time, on Thursday, October 26, 2006. Gary Paxton, President and Chief Executive Officer, will lead the call. Also participating will be Steve Hildebrand, Chief Financial Officer.
