INDYCAR SERIES TO JOIN AMERICAN LE MANS SERIES AT MID-OHIO SPORTS CAR COURSE
IN 2007

DUBLIN, Ohio (October 11, 2006) - Open-wheel racing will return to Mid-Ohio
Sports Car Course, as TrueSports, Incorporated announced today the IndyCar
Series will team up with the American Le Mans Series in an event slated for
July 20-22, 2007.

This signifies the first time the IndyCar Series has ventured to Mid-Ohio
Sports Car Course and will mark the first open-wheel race at the Lexington,
Ohio road course since 2003. The event will be the one of three which the
American Le Mans Series and the IndyCar Series will run jointly in 2007.

This combined event is poised to be the largest and most significant
motorsports event in the state of Ohio, with live national television
coverage from CBS. Additionally, radio coverage will be provided on XM
Satellite Radio and IMS Radio Network will feed affiliates nationwide. The
three-day event will combine the best of North American road racing.

"TrueSports, Incorporated has a long-standing record of hosting the best
road racing has to offer. Aligning the American Le Mans Series and the
IndyCar Series further reinforces our commitment to that initiative and our
significant customer base as well," said Michelle Trueman Gajoch, president
of TrueSports, Incorporated. "Further, it is important to recognize that
without the cooperation of our long-standing partner, American Le Mans
Series, and the interest of the IndyCar Series, none of this would have been
feasible. On behalf of our entire team, we are grateful to both."

"We are thrilled to be adding Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course to the IndyCar
Series schedule and look forward to bringing our series to a state rich in
motorsports tradition," said Brian Barnhart, president and chief operating
officer of the Indy Racing League, the sanctioning body for the IndyCar
Series. "Mid-Ohio has a deep championship heritage that connects names like
Foyt, Andretti, Rahal, Rutherford, Unser and others with the current stars
and teams in the IndyCar Series."

A comprehensive motorsports facility, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course features a
permanent road-racing circuit with two primary configurations: a 2.4-mile,
15-turn, and a 2.25-mile, 13-turn circuit. The park-like, 330-acre complex
in Lexington, Ohio also features an amateur motocross venue. Located 60
miles north of Columbus and 75 miles south of Cleveland near Mansfield, the
track has been called the most competitive in the U.S. and annually hosts a
diversity of locally, regionally and nationally sanctioned racing events for
amateur, club and professional riders and drivers.

Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, TrueSports, Incorporated
is a privately held motorsports entertainment enterprise. The company owns
and operates Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Mid-Ohio School, and
