David Stremme, No. 40 Coors Light Race Advance

UAW 500 - Talladega Superspeedway

No. 40 TEAM FACTS:

* Coors Going Camouflage: Coors Light(r) and Coors(r) have
partnered in 2006 to target their hunting consumers by leveraging Bill
Jordan's Advantage(r) Max-1(tm) and Advantage Max-4(tm) patterns on
product packaging and point of sale items. Look for these items to
feature the patterns in a store near you: Coors Light 6-pack 16 oz.
cans, Coors Light Big 18, and Coors 6-pack 16 oz cans. To further
leverage the unique camouflage can, Coors Light will take the packaging
to the track! The Coors Light No.40 car will be wrapped in the same
pattern as the can for this weekend's race at Talladega Superspeedway.
NASCAR fans-be sure to pick up a case of Coors/Coors Light Camouflage
Cans to complete your racing experience.

* Chassis: Crew Chief Steve Lane and the No. 40 crew are taking
chassis No. 211 for the event this weekend. This is the second time
this year they have taken this car. Stremme piloted No. 211 to a
34th-place finish at the first Talladega.

* Restrictor Plate Racing: This will be David Stremme's fourth
restrictor-plate race of the season. His highest finish this season in
a restrictor-plate race is 16th and his highest starting spot is third,
both at the July Daytona race. He has six restrictor-plate racing
starts in the Busch Series. His average starting position is 23rd and
his average finish is 22nd.

* Looking Toward Talladega: This will be Stremme's second start
in a NEXTEL Cup car at Talladega Superspeedway. In the spring he
started 17th but was caught up in a multi-car incident on lap nine and
forced to the garage for repairs. When the 188-lap event was complete
he was credited with a 34th-place finish.

* Montoya's Debut: Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates
(CGRFS) announced late last week Juan Pablo Montoya would race the No. 4
Texaco/Havoline Dodge in the ARCA/REMAX Series event this upcoming
Friday, October 6 at Talladega Superspeedway. Montoya and the CGRFS
team tested at Talladega last week in preparation for the ARCA event, as
well as his first start in a stock car.

* Autograph Seekers Alert: Stremme and teammate Reed Sorenson
will be signing autographs next Thurs., Oct. 12 from 10-11:30 am at Chip
Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates' Concord, N.C. location. Wristbands
are required and can be picked up at the gift shop or can be reserved by
calling 866.888.6388.

* Ladies Night: Next Tuesday, October 10, leading into the last
night-race weekend of the NEXTEL Cup season, CGRFS is calling all ladies
to get a "behind the scenes" look at the fast world of racing during its
first-ever Ladies Night at its Concord, N.C. race shop facility.
Attendees will be taken on a private tour of the team's race shop, along
with a preview of the latest Trackcouture ladies fashions. Guests will
also get some time to chat with Becky Sorenson, mother of NASCAR NEXTEL
Cup rookie Reed Sorenson. Limited seating is available, so please call
1.866.888.6388 to make your reservation.

* Rookie Ranks: Stremme is currently sixth in the Raybestos
Rookie of the Year standings. With 146 points, he is 118 points behind
leader Denny Hamlin and only 31 points behind fifth-place J.J Yeley.

* NASCAR NEXTEL Cup points standings: Stremme is currently 34th
in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup driver standings and the No. 40 Dodge is 34th
in the owner standings. There are now seven races remaining in the 2006
season.
