KPA Introduces Vane Clayton as New President and Chief Executive Officer

“KPA will be relocating its corporate headquarters from Fremont, CA to Colorado in early 2007,” Clayton states, “providing more convenient access to each of our 21 field offices located throughout the US, so that we can better serve our customers.”

Clayton comes to KPA most recently from ZOLL Data Systems, a subsidiary of publicly-traded ZOLL Medical Corp , where he served as President of its software subsidiary based in Broomfield, CO. He has an engineering degree from Purdue and MBA from Harvard Business School.
