Newgen Announces New Executive Team

SAN DIEGO--Newgen Results Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. and the leading provider of targeted customer loyalty solutions and B2B enterprise channel management services, today announced its new executive leadership team. The new management is charged with revitalizing the Newgen brand and expanding the companys mission of serving the growing needs of the automotive community.

Bob Kurilko joins Newgen as vice president of marketing and operations. With 21 years in the automotive industry, he brings extensive experience in product development, operations, and strategic marketing. Prior to joining Newgen, Bob was the vice president of product development and marketing at Edmunds.com, where he led the development of the companys core products, worked to establish the Edmunds.com and Inside Line brands, and served as the company spokesman to the media and as a regular speaker at industry conferences. Bob also held executive positions within Nissan Motor Company and was selected to work directly for the parent company based in Tokyo, Japan, spending two years supporting Nissans nine largest distributors around the globe. At Newgen, Bob will be primarily responsible for the marketing and operations of the company to include product development, corporate training, consulting, call center operations, infrastructure operations, and strategic marketing.

Christopher Howie joins Newgen as vice president of sales. Chris has more than 15 years experience working with car companies and retailers to increase vehicle, parts, and service sales while strengthening business-client relationships. In addition, Chris has defined and implemented CRM strategies for some of the most successful dealer groups and manufacturers in North America. Previously, Chris was the vice president of sales at Marketrend where he supported company growth by expanding the sales force and revenue. Chris also spent ten years with Reynolds and Reynolds in progressively senior positions in the sales organization. At Newgen, Chris will be responsible for leading the companys sales efforts with dealerships, car companies and strategic partners.

Tim Willcox joins Newgen as vice president and chief information officer. Tim has more than 22 years in the technology sector, where he has been instrumental in developing software for tracking systems, cellular technology, and optical technology. Tim comes to Newgen from Scientific Atlanta, where he was director of technology and responsible for the companys full-scale SAP implementation. At Newgen, Tim will be responsible for all information technology operations, with a primary focus on building the long-term infrastructure required to optimize Newgens industry-leading database capabilities.
